The ‘Mute logo is hosted on my own server, it used to be very fancy with a custom logo and that was a PNG file with alpha transparency to give a funky effect when the page scrolled behind it. I also had a header and footer that gave a “fade” effect from white to transparent. I had also put in a shed load of effort to make the site both standards compliant but specifically break Internet Explorer (CSS ‘fixed’ positioning is the easiest way to achieve this).
Now however, this blog is basically a vanilla site that utilises WordPress and I occasionally download new themes. I have a custom theme in development but will probably launch that months before I remember this page…
